Nortstar Voice Mail manager 4.0

ALright.. I know this program is small.. not sure how widely used it even it.. but.. I had a small issue with it.
I installed it and used ti for several months on 1 system..
then it somehow got stuck off-screen. it opens.. I login.
and it sits and my task-bar and I cannot ever get it back.
changing my resolution etc did not help.. and re-installing did not help.. nor could I find any keys in the registry to RM.
so I install it on my other desktop. and it works for about a month.
then somehow.. it's off screen again. I think this because when I right click on it on the tastkbar and hit move. my cursor ends up way over in the lower right.. but of course.. changing my res and everything else I can think of
does not work.. it's lost somehow.. and I cannot use it
any suggestions? anyone else have this problem?

Yes,we've had some problems with it. After going through the logon steps, it minimizes and just sits there at the bottom of the screen and we can't do anything with it. It happened to one of our field techs and more recently to me. The tech got a new updated laptop with everything reloaded-his is working fine now. I haven't done anything yet but after reading your post I'm thinking it might just be the Mgr program from the NRU 9.0. We've not had problems w/vm mgr from NRU 8.0.
