Nortons Antivirus Corporate 8.6 removing alerting

Hi

We have a domain with Nortons Anti Virus coprate edition on it, before we took over the IT here the Primary Virus Server was set to be another machine, which nobody knows. Since then we have added a new server and selected that to be the Primary server, one of the guys who used to do the IT is still receiving alert messages from the Exchange agent, on the new primary Server we do not have the Exchange agent installed, or at least it doesn't show from the Console,

Any ideas on how to resolve this ?
