Norton Utilities upgrade problem

During upgrade from Systemworks 2002 to 2003, corruption has caused the whole sytem to fail. Now I cannot install 2003 because message states "unable to load reqd DLL (S32EVNT1.DLL) module cannot be found"
Further, cannot uninstall Utilities to enable new version to load. Refuses to uninstall. HElP!!

The link below will will enable you to get your missing dill(S32EVNT1.DLL)it is the sixth one down on page. download to a temp file and then copy and paste in windows folder system 32. You may be missing more than one file. Your worst case is you will have reload XP and remove and reformat partion. Files from this site are safe as you can't scan them in your present condition.
