When I try to run a Live Update, I get this message:
Live Update could not create a temporary dicectory and I should be sure that I have create and write access to WIN 95/98 or to all users directory or the Windows NTCO profile directory.
How do I correct this problem so I can run the Live Update?
Should I uninstall Norton then reinstall it? Or is there an easier way?

It sounds like you have limited access rights to the PC. Somewhere you probably have a profile that says that you cannot create and write directories on this PC. Some companies allow only the computer administrators the right to install or update software. See your System Administrator about changing this or making him/her update your system.
