Norton Systemworks 2004

Just installed NSW 2004 and when you click on the desktop icon, the hourglass icon shows for a second or two and then disappears and nothing happens. If you click on the tray icon, nothing happens.

Any suggestions to try?

Sounds like you got something corrupted in the installation.

I would suggest doing the following:

1. Uninstall SystemWorks 2004
2. Reboot
3. See if the problem persists
4. Reinstall SystemWorks 2004
5. Reboot
6. See if the problem persists
7. Make sure to run LiveUpdate for SystemWorks 2004
