>Try going to your quarantine folder. If NAV attempts to clean and fails it probably is being thrown into the quarantine folder. The next time the quarantine folder is scanned, the systems see's that virus in the Q folder, and your alerts come up. Clean out the quarantine folder then remove the alerts. I had this happen with client workstations where we store the infected files on the local machines quarantine folder. NAV did what it was asked,couldn't clean the file, then dropped into Quarantine, then it see's it every scan until you delete the file, and reports it to your SSC
