Apparently, Norton Corporate Ed. V.7.51 is not recognizing root.exe as a Trojan horse on IIS web servers. You'd have to manually search for it and delete it. I also highly recommend using the Microsoft IIS Lockdown Tool to get rid of the MSADC folder and reset all the permissions for highest security.
