Norton IS 2005 Problem

Hi There,

I downloaded the trial of Norton IS 2005. Yesterday I purchased the product on the Symantec Website and it automatically activated the product. I did a scan, it detected 3 virus's. When it finished it skipped stage 2 and 3 (repair and removal) and went straight to summary, not allowing me to remove the virus.

Any help would be great, after paying $69 for the product really you would like tobe able to remove the virus!!!

try booting is safe mode and run the virus scan from there.
