I am using NIS 2003 and a few months ago I set up the program on my childs computer so I could use the parental control feature. When I did this I used a password. At this point in time I need to change some settings in the program but it wont accept my password. I assume I forgot the password that I had used. I thought I could just uninstall and reinstall but it wont let me do that either. Is there anyway I can bypass the password? My only other choice is to do a total reinstall of the OS and programs and with all the junk she has on the computer I really dont want to do that! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
