I purchased Norton Internet Security 2004 about 3 months ago. At that time my computer was running Windows Millenium. The product downloaded okay but I was never able to run a full scan. We were having troubles with Millenium so I chocked it up to that. I then noticed one day that Norton was completely gone from my computer. We had Windows XP installed shortly after and when trying to download Norton back onto the computer we cannot do it. I get through the partial virus scan that you have to run before continuing the install and it shows no viruses. When it starts downloading files, I get an error message that only says " download has failed". I also went to the Norton site and tried to download their 14 day free trial of this product and I got an error message doing that also. I did delete all the temporary files before trying to download again. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance.
