Norton Internet Security 2004 and AntiVirus 2000

I have both Norton Internet Security 2004 and AntiVirus 2000 running on WinXP.

Does Internet Security 2004 have anti-virus protection?

I tried to access AntiVirus 2000 and nothing happens. I came across an error message saying that I am missing a file called 'navt.isu'. I assume that it is the reason why it is not loading. Can someone please help with figuring out where to find this file and get AntiVirus 2000 up and running again.
