I got an old 486DX6 PC up and running. Installed DOS 6.21 and Windows 3.11 for work groups and Norton Desktop for Windows. (runs surprisingly well and fast)

I want to restore some old Norton files that have file names similar to the following: CC40704A.001, CC40704A.002 and so on.

I know that Norton knows what these files are, because when I try to overwrite the files on a floppy disk, Norton tells me all about the file, when it was created and what back up set it belongs to. However, I no longer have the back up set, only the backup file.

Is there anyway to restore this backup file? Norton Backup won't let me.

Thanks
