Norton COM module error

Hello all,

The following error shows on my Event Viewer:

Date: Today Source: SNDsrvc
Time: Now Category: None
Type: Error Event ID: 13
User: NT Authority\System
Computer: IBM

Description: Failed to create the COM Module!

The SNDsrvc is a part of Norton Internet Security 2005. This occurs at startup every time.

My PC is an IBM NetVista T682401C. Nielsen NetRatings is also installed. When Norton loads before Nielsen, the error occurs. Any thoughts?
