Good evening from Wisconsin,
I have a client running Norton AV 2003 on Windows 98 (yeah, I know) and the Symantec site was happy to take payment to renew her AV definitions subscription, but NAV2K3 can't contact the LiveUpdate server to renew the subscription.
The error I receive is "LiveUpdate was unable to connect to the server and confirm your subscription status" and I have gone through the steps shown at this page on the Symantec site (
Is there a way to force NAV2K3 into accepting her renewal?
