network using XP (SP2) 2000 (SP3), 2000 (sp4) all on OE6, with Norton Antivirus 2003 and 2005 all with updates to 19OCT05 linking to net via Zoom X5v adsl firewall router modem. We get message 1003,9 on all oubound messages saying that connection to the mail server was interrupted and message not sent. BUT, the messages are actually sent. Further when we remove Norton or use another Antivirus solution we have NO problem.
