Norton antivirus won't uninstall

I am having problems uninstalling Norton antivirus on a windows 95 machine, when ever I try to do the Live update, I get a message saying that norton cannot determin which update to do. please reinstall,

but as I say, it won't uninstall properly. Are there any regedit wizards out there who can help with this?

Would jv16 regeditor be useful in this situation?

The rnav2003.exe utility will perform an unistall if you are having problems.
