Norton antivirus subscription popup, need to stop

I am not interested in renewing my subscription. How do I stop the daily popup telling me my subscription expired? I've emailed symt. customer service and support twice, but have had no response. If anyone can tell me how to get rid of this popup without having to uninstall the entire program, please do! Thank you.

Hi Holbritter,

Unfortunately, there is no other way around this issue. The only solutions availabe is to either renew your subscription or uninstall and install another anti-virus program. Hopes this might help.

TRy to go to the control panel, tasks and delete the task for NAV, this will prevent NAV from checking for updates and will not pop up the message.
