Norton AntiVirus Service will not RUN

Hello All;

I have symantec corporate 9 installed and it will not allow the service to start. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and still the service will not start.

Uninstalled and installed Corp 8.1 and still the same issue.

Ran serveral virus scans and found nothing.

Is this a Virus?
If so which one....and how to I get this to work again.

What error does it give you? What OS are you running?
