Norton Antivirus is a Mistake

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I followed the link that Norton Anivirus offers to renew your subscription.

My credit card was charged. The subscription is not renewed (and I know computers, and I followed every instruction very carefully).

So I tried using their customer service email link.

Guess what...

It lets you fill in the whole form. Then freezes and your request is never sent.

It is mystery to me how there aren't more problems reported about this company. They are simply a mistake waiting to happen to a customer.

Another unsatisfied customer. Come join the club! Ditch Norton. Try AVG Antivirus or Avast. They are free and work much better. Spread the word.
