Norton Antivirus General Problem

Hi,

I have installed norton antivisrus 2003 and when the installation was done (it went o.k), the configuration wizard was shown on the screen, but when i pressed the NEXT button nothing was happened. Also, when i click on the norton icon in the system tray, i get the main norton window, but i cannot press anything (or, i can press, but nothing is happening).

any ideas?

I had something similar happen.

Uninstall/reinstall the program (make sure you close all programs & background tasks when you do each, try it again). Just because the installation appeared to install okay, it may not have.
