Norton Antivirus for MS Exchange

I've just installed Norton Antivirus for MS Exchange on NT4 Server with Exchange 5.5.

I'm wondering if I've gone wrong somewhere as it quarentines all attachments claiming that it couldn't scan them and it also doesn't seem to know (i.e. it says unknown) who the mail that the attachment was on was to or from. Have I made some fundamental error during the install or if it just something I haven't set up properly ?

Basically you have not configure it the way you want. What is happening is by default. Here is a link to a pdf that will help.

Thank you very much I think I'd installed it using the wrong mail protocol as well which might not help ! There were some pdf files on the install CD but not that one
