We are unable to discover why we have an exclamation mark with the shield in the System Tray.

We would also like to automate the upgrade process.

Using Norton Corporate 750.846 in Citrix/MetaFrame servers with MS Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server.

NAVCE before 7.6 does not support Citrix MF. That's the reason you see the !

If you upgrade to 7.6 you'll be OK
