I had Norton Antivirus 2003 Professional installed on my Windows 98 system. I upgraded to XP Professional yesterday and found my NAV would no longer work. I found the error on the Symantec Knowledge Base - solution was to uninstall and reinstall the software. I uninstalled successfully but when I reinstall, it gets so far through the process and then rolls back. No errors are given, but the software is not installed! Any ideas??? I am installing from a download version rather than CD.
