Norton Antivirus 6.0 - subscriptions problem

Have paid for a subscription "KEY" or number - but it won't work. And now I realise that Norton Antivirus has "discontinued" its products from 2000 downwards. Anyone have any ideas how to rectify this? I can't even get a contact number or email address from their darn website.
Any help would be appreciated.

Send a mail to their support group. Should be able to find it on their website.

If all else fails, email the CEO :)
