NORTON ANTIVIRUS 2001 SCRIPT ERRORS

When I first open antivirus it gives me a internet explorer script error saying either scanner box undefined or button undefined.Only using antivirus off of the systemworks disk. Started sinceI put IE5.5 on this week not on my IE5. My friend still has IE5 and his has done this sinceI put it on his 2 weeks ago , but mine didnot so cant understand why now. Only does it ,like his, from a fresh boot and open antivirus first. after that willnot display the script error again. Also will not do it if you open some other windows item first or open it from the desktop system works icon.Have tried reinstall. Anyone have this problem?
