Norton AntiSpam 2005 crashes outlook 2003

Help!
When I turn "client integration" ON for outlook (within Norton Antispam), when I open outlook, it immediately crashes back to the desktop. When I turn this feature off, outlook works fine. I've repaired the office installation (no effect), I've uninstalled Norton Internet Security 2005 and reinstalled (no effect). Any ideas?

I don't know why that company is still selling product that cripple or crash everything else. There are more problems with Norton than what is (supposely) fixes.

michbar, marcs41 - many thanks for taking the time and trouble to help. The link supplied refers to a different issue. I'll chance my luck with Symantec as I can now isolate the problem to when client integration is turned on. I take your point marcs41....
