My Email server is using the following software :

MS Server 2000
MS Exchange Server 2000
Norton Anti-virus Enterprise

But I found that everytime the Norton Anti-virus detect a virus in the mailbox and delete it, there will be an email subjected "no subject" in that mailbox. And next time when the user try to log in to the mailbox and get email, it will have problem and can't finish getting email. I think it is casued by the email "No subject". Is there any solution about it ??

Thanks for any help !

Do you have Symantec's Mail Security for Exchange installed? You use that to keep the mailboxes protected, the standard Enterprise will not fully protect the mailboxes.
