I noticed that you mentioned a compatability issue with Norton and Approach, could you give me more details as at work we use Approach and 123 all of the time and we use the Norton Utilities programs. Although I have not had an error message as mentioned our computers often crash when using Approach.

The conflict was with Norton Antivirus - I think a fix was posted on Norton's site.
