Does anyone have any experience running NAV Corporate Edition on a server w/ Windows Server 2003 and Terminal Services? I've been told by some that NAV is not the best choice for a server running Terminal Services. Can anyone support or refute this info?
I can only say that I have serveral hundred servers that are Win2K with Terminal Services running and they have been running NAVCE 7.5 and are being upgraded to SAVCE 8.1 and with not problems.
I Have 3 clients running 2003 server / terminal services running norton corporate 8.1. One other client has citrix over 2003 server with NAV corp.
All works great.
Keep in mind that there's no such thing as a perfect AV scanner, you still have to be proactive about the software. Antivirus software is not a "set it and forget it" issue, just make sure you're set up correctly and keep an eye on things.

I run SAV 8.1 on a dozen W2k sp3 Citrix MF XP FR3 servers with no problems. Someone advised me to install them as servers (I think I may have seen mention of this somewhere) but I have done mine as client installs as the server one wasn't picking up viruses in Notes.
How are you configuring the TS as an application or administration. If you are configuring it as application then you need to install SAV in a particular way see here:
