I run Norton Antivirus for Microsft Exchange server 5.5 (I have it running on the same machine I have Exchange Server 5.5 running on). I often get an alert like the one I have written below, and was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to deal with them. Do you just ignore them? Does it mean that there may be a machine in your internal domain that may have a virus running? I am running Norton in VAPI/MAPI mode.

We are running the same set up over here and I get those messages too. I know for a fact that no one on my network is infected with any virus. I'm assuming that it is a short-coming of Norton.
