Hi, I need your help. I have an Norton 360 software and I have installed it 3 times already which is the maximum permissible number of times to install it. (one installation to my pc, and two other installations to other PCs)

My problem is the following: I have changed my operating system. I had Windows XP where I had installed Norton 360 and I changed to Vista. I tried to install the Norton 360 in Vista but I don't have the permission due to the expiring number of times.

Is there a way to deactivate the account from the XP and install it to my pc now that it operates with Vista ?

Thanks a lot!
