Northstar plus impact ics

I have worked on Northstar 8x24 and added lines ...
programmed to ring , ring & appr , appr but how do you add / delete lines in the "small" compact Northstar plus

logging in with **config ....admin I can go into
terminal & sets .....go into stations and see lines
assigned to buttons b01 - b04 (user preferences)
I would like to assign line 025 and not 004
I would also like to make them ring as well they
just appear (is it done through feature codes)

is there a link to a cheat sheet as i have the bigger
books and not the "smaller" impacts

Line pgm cannot be done thru **config ...admin.

I tried ** config and config as password it would not let me in ....any backdoors through programming as the default
should be config I thought ????

The small one is programmed the same as the larger one, though the headings may be different depending on the software version in comparison to an 8x24. If the method you stated above is not letting you in, it means the password has been changed. It can be retrieved by a vendor who has a hardware device known as a RAD, and the appropriate software.

P.S. It's Norstar, not Northstar.
