Restrict OUTGOING calls:


I am trying to resrict people from using a phone without permission. Is there a way to setup a 2008 phone, to only allow calls to be placed using an **ACCESS CODE** or password put into the phone before the actual phone number?

Are you saying, I can setup AUTHORIZATION codes in LD88?

I am trying make it so when you use this specific phone in our office you have to enter an AUTHORIZATION code, etc.

How do I accomplish setting the Station Control password? I am very new to putting restrictions on phones, but I am comfortable with the phone system.

You must put in CLS ccsa and then in each phone in the scpw XXXX ,where XXXX is the number that you choose.

For activate this function , you must use ELKA (electronic lock activate code ) ,and for Deactivate ELKD (electronic lock deactivate code) .

I have added CLS CCSA. But I do not see scpw anywhere in the programming of the phone.

If I make those changes with FFC_DATA, is that only going to affect the phones with CLS ccsa or ALL the other phones to?
