I was able to stumble through my first one and I am a PBX tech not a BCM tech. There were a few thing that I stumbled on. The biggest thing was the endpoint name. In the BCM is asked for the alias and it has to be NAME:XXXXXXXXXXX
Where XXXXXXXXXXX = the endpoint name. Remember the endpoint name must be proceeded by NAME: exactly like I typed it all caps.
