Nortel's Call Pilot Manager with Reporter

Can anyone tell if there are training courses for Call Pilot and all of its modules? We have recently undergone an upgrade and have never used the call pilot program or any of its sub apps. Need some help getting the reports out of it without losing any info. Courses? Books?

Sorry I cant help you with this but you might have better luck in the Nortel: Norstar systems form.. good luck

Be sure you get the correct Call Pilot, as there are 2 flavors, for PBX and for keysystems.
