Nortell Opcion11C:M3903 How to configure waiting call ?

We have a M3903 phone, early on this phone the user could answer one call, and if at the same time the user receive another call the user could put in wait the first call and answer the second call, actually the user say that she dont can realize this operation, i think that in past time the configuration on conmutador opcion 11 c was ok, but then this configuration was replace with a bad configuration, i think that the configuration for this phone was overwrite with the configuration of the other phone that do not have the same configuration of the first one phone, but a dont know what setting i need to move.

I think you might be after the feature called Call Waiting. It's known as (CWT) and would need to be added on the phone's CLS.

Or you might have had a MCR configured instead of a SCR, but with more than one key defined as a MCR. If you still have other phones with the same setup, then print off that TN and copy the details as rwquired onto the M3903 terminal.

CLS needs to have SWA (Station Waiting allowed). It is currently set to SWD (Station Waiting Denied). This should solve your issue.

 

[GHTROUT]

The phone has two lines and LHK=1. There is no application for Call Waiting.
