I am trying to configure new 1140e's and when I press the four soft keys to get into the manual config it is asking for an admin password. Usually I enter color*set and then press the down arrow. This prompt is different it has 4 asteriks already showing and it does not give me the option to press down for ok. I have entered color*set and it doesnt work. I have also entered bcmi and it does not work. I have plugged a USB mouse in to confirm that I am pressing ok and nothing happens.
