I've recently discovered an issue while end users are trying to connect using Nortel VPN connectivity client. Upon examining ethereal I am seeing dropped packets (ESP) and icmp messages stating host unreachable. I've checked at another location which uses a non cisco router and all seems fine connection wise. I've also noticed connectivity is successful with IOS 11. We're running IOS 12.3 and I am wondering if there is something I am missing that I need to "turn on" or allow. Are there statements which need to be added in order for VPN clients to pass through this router? Any help appreciated.
