I have instaleed Nortel's Extranet VPN Client 4.15 on Windows ME with an Alcatel Speedtouch USB ADSL modem. I then rebooted and attempted to launch the Extranet Client and get a windows Extranet error "Please reboot your system." I have rebooted again and get the same error after trying to launch the Extranet Client each time.
V2.62 loaded ok but would not log into my company's Contivity switch as the switch is set not to accept clients with older software. I then uninstalled and reinstalled V4.15 with the same outcome "Please reboot." I have deleted all Nortel info from the registry and reinstalled with same outcome.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
