We have a remote location that is functioning on VoIP,
This is a medical facility that calls 911 quite often
and the address appears as the host sites address.
So my question is: Can I build a CLID to the number of a
1FB line at there site which displays the correct address
to correct the address on the VoIP phones or is there another
way to do this?

no if the 1fb is in the ss7 database that would be the best way.. if your provider will not recognize a foreign clid then route 911 from that site using tgar/targ blocking to a route on that site with a 1fb on site

You need a gateway with PSTN access at that site.....This can be accomplished many different ways....The traditional "Nortel" method is to install either an SRG or an MG1000B....However, there are other "unsupported" methods such as a number of standalone VOIP gateways or an FXO card in a Cisco router.

After that, you need to create a zone dial plan to get 911 calls to "stay local" and not go out of the main office.

Hope this gets you started
