Somehow, Verizon cellular customers that call in and attempt to access one of our mail boxes are not able to do so. After doing some troubleshooting, we discovered that they system doesn't seem recognize when the customer uses the # or * keys. Landlines and Sprint cellular customers are able to access the voicemail system, leave and check messages just fine. Any thoughts?

Most might say the user of the mobile needs to turn on "Long Tones"

Which voice mail system is it? and what software level?

Thanks...I'll try that! My phone, a Sprint Galaxy S7, is set to normal tones in the DTMF menu and seems to work just fine. I'm wondering if there is something different about the Verizon network

The voicemail system is the StarTalk Flash...not sure of the software level. I mainly deal with the computers here at this office and have limited knowledge on the phone system.
