Nortel Viewer Rls 6.0 display 404 error when typing hostname/NORTEL

Hi all

we have issue with NES Nortel Viewer Software Rls 6.0, so we have proceed the reinstalling of it as well, by following the (Viewer_Installation_Guide 297-2183-956), but when we try to access the web page for the configuration by typing either "hostname/NORTEL or hostname/witness" we got either (404 unreachable web page or Contact Viewer Does not currently support your browser"...We have tried different browsers and version unfortunately we got the same issue !!

have you tried using the ip address instead of hostname?

Biglebowskis Razor - with all things being equal if you still can't find the answer have a shave and go down the pub.
 
Yes we have tried the IP address too.

I assume those above have figured this out, but in case others find this question here is a possible solution.

Ensure you have typed in http:// plus the server identification. Witness/Verint products tend to require this be specifically input in the address bar of the browser.
