Just wondering if anyone knows a way Nortel Unified messaging with Outlook can download voice mail using WAV instead of the Nortel format. I know you can right click the file and save it as a WAV but the user gets hundreds of messages a day and wants to back them all up to cd. Saving every message as a WAV would be too cumbersome.
