Nortel Training Options

We are looking for on-site training for approx 10 to 20 employees, is global knowledge our only option?

They are the only autherized trainers for Nortel. They will train onsite.

I am aware of Global Knowledge's extensive training programs, however, we were just curious if they were the only ones.

is this for formal certified training, for the programming admin type of personel. or just sets? features, user stuff?

we are not looking for formal training or certification. Basically an overview of Symposium Call Centre Server 4.2 for Supervisors and/or agents. And how to use the M3900 agent telephone sets for agents.

any vendor that sells, or deals with your products will be able to train. usually, this is included in price of quote for the phone trning, and sometimes sypsm too! nortel vendor page of associates, have some good people

eTEL Technologies are known for their System Admin and Billng (MAT & OTM) expertise.
Their techs are certified and they are an approved Nortel Consultant.
Pretty big customers and distributors use them...lots of strong references for support, and training (on-site and classroom).
