Nortel to Cisco

My Company wants to connect my Nortel Pri's to Cisco Gateways for calls to travel back and forth until a SIP solution is implemented .I am already using CDP to steer numbers from Nortel phones to new Cisco phones. I have MG1000 and MG1010 cabinets, my question is how to physically connect these cabinets to Cisco Gateways? Most say DB-15 connections from the back of the Nortel but not 100 percent certain.
