I am in the process of creating a frame relay network with Nortel routers on remote sites, all connecting to a cisco router in one location. I am concerned about compatability with the configuration going from Nortel to Cisco. Can anyone help with what to watch out for as far as potential problems?
Questions about:
LMI- I know cisco supports annexd and shouldnt be a problem
HDLC- is the default encapsulation for Cisco, does it need to be changed for Nortel?

Thanks

Hi

Just keep your encap type to frame-relay ietf on cisco and i guess that should work i have many such routers working properly ...

May i know what FR switches you will be communicating with ?
