Nortel TM 3.0 Enhanced Billing Module

I am working on a new install of a Nortel TM server.In the telecom module, when I click on costing and then click on configuration , nothing opens. Event log shows problem with MSaccess. Have tried repair function. Did not work. Any suggestions?

you need to look in your data execution prevention settings. I had the same problem and searched for weeks. you probably have msaccess dep settings off.
