Nortel Telephony Manager question

I am having a couple of issues with the call database in Telephony Manager.

First, I am prompted several times for the CDR.OrigDevice and CDR.TermDevice when opening the database. It will open without entering any information when prompted, but I can't determine what it is asking for.

Second, when I try to archive data from the call database, I fill in the dates for the information and the file to save it to, and click OK. After a slight pause I get an error message saying "no value given for one or more required parameters" before being set back to the archive parameters screen.

Has anyone experienced anything like this, or have any suggestions?
