We have Nortel CS1000 installed in our organization. we are using TM 3.2 for the phones. the TM has been installed on a desktop PC. few weeks back the the TM generated an error that the security dongle is missing. we sent the Dongle to Avaya and ultimately received a replacement for the same.
Now when we connected the new dongle, the system gave the same error as before, i.e. the security dongle is missing or not detected. we checked this dongle with dongle checker and it is detecting and giving the serial number also.
Pl provide help in configuring this dongle with the TM.
