Nortel T7316 HOw to delete 2nd greeting

Hello,
I am using a Nortel Networks T7316 phone system. When someone calls in and toaves a message after the greeting it starts to rings again and then Jennifer pause is not available please leave a message after the beep.
I want to know how to stop the second ring after the first greeting.
